The research at a glance

There are currently 34 faculty members in the Department. They are active in cutting edge research in fundamental and applied areas with a strong social relevance to the community around. All the areas of research are broadly categorized into four major branches of chemistry, namely, Inorganic, Organic,  Physical and Theoretical chemistry.
