KOUSHIK MONDAL

Biography

I am from the ‘City of Joy’ Kolkata, the eastern part of India. After my post-graduation, I joined Prof Rajakumar’s group as a PhD student in January, 2017.  Apart from research, I like to explore different cuisines of foods, listening music and playing football.

Education

  • M. Sc (Chemistry) - Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati
  • B. Sc (Chemistry Hons) - Scottish Church College, University of Calcutta

Research Interests

  • Presently I am involved in investigating the kinetics of atmospherically important radicals along with commonly emitted stable molecules to find out not only their Global Warming Potential but also Stratospheric Ozone depletion potential, atmospheric lifetimes etc.
