I am from the state of West Bengal, from a town called Rahara, which is currently a part of “Greater Kolkata”. I joined Prof. Prasad’s Research group as a Ph.D. student in July – 2014. My research interest is to study the photoinduced electron transfer dynamics of (i) conjugated donor-pi-acceptor fluorophores and (ii) graphene quantum dots, using transient absorption spectroscopy.
